A character from Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, titled the Ultimate Cook (超高校級の「料理人」), though he prefers to be called the Ultimate Chef, claming it has a more urban feel. He is very flirtatious and an unashamed pervert, often seen flirting with one of his female classmates.

Teruteru is a short boy with a plump body and blush stickers on his face. He has brown hair and wears a chef uniform with a miniature chef hat.
