haiseiko (umamusume)
NPC Character from Umamusume, voiced by Tange Sakura. She is effectively Japan's first "umadol", having successfully made the crossover from the Regionals to Central and caused the "Haiseiko Boom" (this is the same career path Oguri Cap would take afterwards, taking the fan boom to new heights).
Her appearance is ostensibly based on Matsuda Seiko, given her namesake and time of popularity. In game, she is the very reason why Smart Falcon taken the path to become an umadol.
