hachimon (naruto)

Hachimon (lit. Eight Gates), or Hachimontonkou (lit. Eight Inner Gates), is a special Taijutsu technique in Naruto used as a power boost at the possible cost of injury or even death. It is most famously used by Rock Lee and Might Guy. Common visual traits as more gates are opened include a green or red aura, red skin, blank eyes, and red hair.
