gyaru makeup
The style of eye makeup traditionally associated with gyaru, featuring exaggerated eyelashes, light-colored eyeshadow around the eye, white highlighter on the nose, and dark eyeliner. Often accentuates the aegyo sal or waterline of the eye, and can sometimes create a "droopy" look.
In real-life gyaru culture, the makeup is usually considered the most important element of the style. However, anime art is often simplified, either excluding makeup entirely or instead opting for much simpler makeup.
