genki dama

Genki Dama (元気玉, literally "Spirit Ball" but usually translated "Spirit Bomb") is a special attack in Dragon Ball.

To use the attack, the user raise their hands toward the sky, and gather energy (could be ambient energy or energy from people around the universe willing to give their spirit energy at the time of attack usage; the second usage is generally more well-known) to assemble a powerful energy ball. During this energy gathering phase, the user is vulnerable to all kinds of attacks from their enemy. However, the sheer potential of attack power made the ball an extremely powerful, if not an outright unstoppable, attack capable of defeating any opponents.
