full page comic

A comic page that consists of a full-page illustration, otherwise known as a splash page or full page spread. It is generally not self-contained and often without panels unlike 1koma, and, as a whole comic page, it is not internally segmented.

While full page comics are traditionally meant for emphasis (alongside two-page spreads), many webcomics and online one-shots consist solely of full pages.
