fran (majo no tabitabi)
A character in Majo no Tabitabi. She is a witch as well as Elaina's master.
She has blue eyes, a mole under her right eye, and long black hair stylized with bangs & hair over one eye. She usually wears a black witch's hat, white collared shirt, red neck ribbon, a black cloak, and a black skirt.
She is voiced by Hanazawa Kana in the anime.
