Azur Lane's personification of the US Navy destroyer USS Foote (DD-511). Created by lino-lin and voiced by Yoshino Yuna.
She is portrayed with short green hair and two-tone brown and yellow eyes. Her default (and only) outfit is shared with her fellow "Little Beavers"/23rd DesRon groupmates: a two-tone white sailor dress with a purple sailor collar and yellow neckerchief, purple shoes, and a white beret with a Native American hat feather.
Her rigging consists of a bridge structure to her back, containing her anchor, 533 mm quintuple torpedo tubes, and a 127 mm single gun mount.
Has a gloomy personality on account of the fact that out of the US ships present in the Battle of Empress Augusta Bay, she was the only one who nearly got sunk (and was in constant danger of colliding with both US and IJN ships).
