This refers to the specific weapon(s), even if they are not currently flying (e.g. on the ground). Likewise, do not use this tag for any other sword in Yanqing's possession -- indeed, Yanqing usually wields in hand (or surfs on) a more metallic sword, not a Flying Sword.
