A flower literally growing from the top of a character's head, usually with a stem and a set of leaves. The Pikmins from the Pikmin series are examples of this tag.

In anime and manga, a flower growing from a character's head is sometimes an allusion to the Japanese term 脳内お花畑 (nōnai o-hanabatake) - literally "garden in the brain" - meaning that a person is carefree, happy-go-lucky, silly, or stupid. Examples of this include Kaguya in her "bakaguya"/moron mode and Pallas from Arknights.

Not to be confused with hair flower, a flower worn in the hair as an ornament.
