One of the original 6 bosses in the first Mega Man game. He was originally created for working in a waste management plant. He speaks with a very thick Texan accent, thinking of himself as a big hero with his "Flames of Justice". Ironically enough, he is weak to Ice Man's weapon and not vice-versa.
