Axis Powers Hetalia's representation of Finland. A young man with blonde hair and purple eyes (changed to brown in the anime). Usually seen wearing a light blue military uniform.

Seems to play the role of Santa Claus in the Hetalia-verse, since Santa Claus is said to live in northern Finland.

Has a dog named Hana-tamago. Some strips feature him, Sweden and Sealand (and Ladonia, after his introduction) in a family-like relationship.
