An Elder Dragon in the Monster Hunter series. Often regarded as the strongest monster of them all, it is said to have burned down an entire kingdom within a single day. In a series filled with many exotic designs, Fatalis stands out in its own way by resembling a stereotypical western dragon.

And in addition to the base version, there are also two variants, in the form of Crimson Fatalis, which resides within a volcano, and Old Fatalis, a very old variant fought atop a tower.
