A villainous character from the manga and anime One Piece and main antagonist of the Skypiea arc.

He proclaimed himself God over Skypiea and seized power, but was defeated by Luffy, who had a significant advantage over the electricity wielder due to his rubber body, and left for the moon afterwards.

At some point during the backstory, he ate the Goro Goro no Mi logia, which allowed him to control and turn into lightning (as with other logias, it also granted him the superpower of intangibility).

His shocked face when he realized Luffy couldn't be harmed by lightning is a common theme in parodies.

The character was inspired by the famous American rapper Eminem.
