A character introduced in Guilty Gear Xrd, later becoming playable. Claims to be Ramlethal Valentine's sister.
Elphelt Valentine is a big fan of nature and absolutely adores all kinds of animals. She is also a sweetheart and empathetic, and cannot stand to see others feeling lonely. Elphelt is also optimistic to a fault and firmly believes that anything can be overcome if one simply takes action.
She is passionate about appearing as feminine as possible as well as willing herself to become the woman she wants to be, but her efforts often end up in vain. Elphelt is a hopeless romantic whose fantasies often cloud her judgment, evident by her tendency to ask anyone who is friendly with her to "marry" her. Her weapons of choice are rifles, shotguns, and other various firearms and explosives.
In Xrd, she wears a bride-like getup donned with clovers and spikes that exposes her large breasts. In Strive, she wears a punk rock-like getup.
