A playable character from Zenless Zone Zero, she is a shark thiren who is a maid for Victoria Housekeeping Co. and also a high school student. Ellen has a laid back and aloof personality, but is quite popular in school and likes spending time with her friends Ruby, Monna and Lynn. She is constantly tired and hate activites that require energy, always carrying lollipops to maintain her energy consumption. She wields a pair of large shears.

Ellen has short black hair with red colored inner hair, red eyes, a mole under her left eye and left arm, red nails and medium to large breasts. Being a shark thiren, she has sharp teeth and a large shark tail with a scar on it along with stickers and crossed bandaids. She wears a maid outfit consisting of a black frilled dress with puffy short sleeves, a white waist apron, black pantyhose and a pair of black high heels. She has a maid headdress with a metal hairband on her head, frilled metal wrist cuffs and a metal collar.

Like the other members of Victoria Housekeeping Co. who are based on horror tropes, Ellen is likely inspired by movies like Jaws where sharks are the main antagonist.
