duke kashchey (arknights)

A Npc character from Arknights. A nobleman from the Ursus Empire, he adopted Talulah as his heir after she ran away from Lungmen.

In truth, Duke Kashchey is the actually antagonist of the Reunion arc and the reason for Reunion's radicalization from a peaceful group fighting for the rights of the Infected to an extremist militant group. After failing to convince Talulah of his Social Darwinist beliefs which led to Talulah killing him, Kashchey tried to possesses Talulah's body, which he succeeded after Talulah suffered several tragic events, including the death of her best friend Alina. Now in possession of Talulah's body, Kashchey manipulates and radicalize Reunion and it's members as part of his plans to start a war between Ursus and the Yan Empire. Eventually he is defeated and his plans foiled after Rhodes Island learns the truth with Amiya forcing Kashchey out of Talulah's body. Currently Kashchey is possessing a new body under the name Koshelna.
