A drawing trend referencing a photograph of a woman resting her genitals on the edge of a table-like object with an added scribble of a face on her stomach to mimic a >:3 face.
The earliest drawing based on this was by artist pyruvate in response to a tweet by @shennaichuan44 (archived) in November 2025. A second wave was started by artist dokidomiki in December 2025 where the scribble was given whiskers along with the commentary referencing a "kitty". A third wave was started by artist qiandaiyiyu in February 2026 who wrote in the Tweet:
My new wholesome cat
sfw
which resulted in other artists calling it "sfw" as well.
Neither the original source nor the person in the photograph are currently known. The oldest known version of the photograph is this post on a Chinese forum of someone asking for the source.
