Main antagonist of Splatoon. Named DJ Takowasa in the Japanese version.

The leader of the Octarians, Octavio rides around in a electronic music-themed flying fortress while using turntables to attack. He is a very loud and boisterous character. In the American English version, he tends to make EDM-related puns while attacking.

He wears a golden octopus-shaped kabuto on his head.

According to a Sunken Sea Scroll (post #2116111), Octavio used to be friends with a younger Cap'n Cuttlefish.
