decora

A Japanese fashion style that features bright colors and a large number of stickers and accessories. Although the style's peak was in the mid-2000s, it is still popular and well-known in Harajuku.

Not every image with multiple hair ornaments is decora. Decora is specifically very over-the-top and colorful, with an emphasis on clutter.
