cubism

キュビスム

An avant-garde art movement dating to the early 20th century where subjects are broken up and reassembled in abstract form, often in geometric patterns or cube-like blocks.

Notable Cubist artists include Pablo Picasso, Georges Braque, Jean Metzinger, and Juan Gris. Paul Cezanne was a precursor to the movement.

This tag is broadly used for art made in a Cubist style.
