A meme originating from the 1955 Tom and Jerry episode "Designs on Jerry".

The scene involves Tom, having built the perfect mousetrap, a complex Rube Goldberg machine with a safe tied to a rope at the end. However, Tom, filled with hubris, stands in the spot Jerry was supposed to stand and the safe falls on him instead. When Tom comes out of the safe, his body is shaped like a cube with arms and legs.
