The Cryo Regisvine is a massive tree-like plant monster that has evolved from a Whopperflower. Unlike its brethren, it is immobile and is much more powerful.
It deals Cryo damage and has high Cryo RES. The Cryo Regisvine has a core that shifts between its roots and corolla in phases, significantly increasing its RES. Upon destroying the core with appropriate elemental reactions, it will be temporarily paralyzed with reduced RES.
