An official costume of Goddess Of Victory: Nikke's Crown.
According to Chime, this "outfit" was created to absorb Alva Particles, then converted into a weapon of mass destruction by a wandering monk. Due to nonexistent weight of the outfit, the wearer is completely unaffected by the thermal shockwaves it dispenses.
As the name suggests, this "outfit" consists only of a single white robe and an energy crown and nothing else, leaving the wearer essentially naked. There are four floating hands around the user to which they can be used to release an energy beam. For censorship reason, there are two x-shaped ray (explained in-game as the Alva Particle absorbed by this outfit) covering the breasts and crotch, though this is usually omitted in fanarts.
Very likely to be a reference to The Emperor's New Clothes.
