cross-laced sweater

A sweater design that incorporates lace-up or crisscrossed ties as a prominent decorative (and sometimes functional) feature. These laces may appear down the front, back, or along the sides of the sweater, typically threaded through eyelets or loops so that the laces create an “X” pattern.
