cities: skylines

City building video game released in 2015, first on PC and later on all consoles. Developed by Colossal Order and published by Paradox Interactive. Positive fan reception led to almost a decade of DLC being released.

A sequel was released in 2023 to much more mixed reviews, eventually leading to developer Colossal Order being replaced by Iceflake Studios in early 2026.
