The King of Fighters character. He is is one of the original members of the Psycho Soldier Team, acting as the elderly mentor to Asamiya Athena, Sie Kensou and Bao.
He is modeled after Beggar So from the martial arts film Drunken Master, so he's nearly always seen drunk, carrying a sake gourd during battle.
