A genderless 0 year old fairy baby otter who wears a turtle as a hat that was the self-proclaimed yuru-chara of the small Japanese port city of Susaki. Best known for their quirky YouTube videos and social media posts performing a variety of awkward and violent stunts.

In May 2019, Chiitan lost all of their original Twitter accounts, suspected to be a result of the controversial nature of their antics, prompting the creation of new accounts. 2019 was also marked by legal threats of copyright infringement from Susaki officials beginning in February, which would be dismissed in September.
