Unnamed character from Umamusume: Cinderella Gray. Leader of the Advisory Council for Central (equivalent of the real-life JRA Management Advisory Council).

The Councillor appears as a middle-aged woman with light-colored hair drawn tightly into a bun, with sidelocks and hair intakes in the front. She also wears glasses and has prominent "bunny lines" wrinkles running diagonally near both sides of her nose.
