Mahou Shoujo Oriko Magica character.

A powerful Witch seen in chapter 2, where Sakura Kyoko is seen confronting her. She also appeared in Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica Online.

Her normal form looks like a single-legged giant skull with two faces and twintails.
