One Piece character. "Pirate Prince" Cavendish of the White Horse is the captain of the Beautiful Pirates.

He is a master swordsman carrying a named blade, Durandal. A bit of an attention whore, he has a grudge against the "Worst Generation" for stealing his spotlight in the papers.
