A famous nickname for "Himonya-sensei" - Usui Shinichi in real life - comedian and host of the DVD series How to Make People Angry (人を怒らせる方法), in which he insults his "guests" with his extreme rudeness and bizarre facial expressions. Also known as "Zoomjap".
His claim to fame was a clip showing him crushing his female guest's business card right in front of her.
