Buddha's Temptation, also known as Fushouquan, is a famous dish from Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China. This dish was developed during the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty by Zheng Chunfa, the owner of the Juchun Garden restaurant in Fuzhou.
