breast enlargement pump
A device similar to the breast pumps designed for milking, they're a device sold on the rumor that one can enlarge breast size through stretching breast tissue. They operate using large cups designed to engulf the breast so a pump can create a vacuum in the cups that pulls upon the breast and "stretches" the tissue to supposedly aid in their growth. They're typically used by people with breast envy.
