bowing and scraping
A type of bow in which one arm is held in front of the chest, the other arm is extended behind the back, and one leg is drawn back (thus scraping the floor).
The term "to bow and scrape" comes from the gesture often being a deep bow, resulting in one of the bower's feet scraping backwards on the ground behind them for balance. For Danbooru's purposes, the feet do not need to be literally scraping the floor for this tag to apply.
