Bloody Finger Nerijus is a character and enemy in Elden Ring. He is likely to be the first NPC invader the Tarnished will encounter. He wears a black hooded robe and wields a unique blood dagger. Bloody Finger Hunter Yura will appear and help the Tarnished fight him; afterwhich you can start his quest.
