Powerpuff Girls character unique to the 2016 reboot, appearing first in the five-part TV movie The Power of Four. Otherwise known as Blisstina "Bliss" Francesca Francia Mariam Alicia Utonium (or Blisstina Utonium for short), she is revealed to be the first Powerpuff Girl created by Professor Utonium in the reboot series, and would become the show's fourth concurrent Powerpuff Girl, appearing in many episodes thereafter.

Despite negative reception from fans (for her and the reboot generally), she has carved out a niche fanbase within the fandom.
