Blanc is a non-playable character featured in Heartopia. He sells the player gardening supplies, and appears as a tall, soft-spoken tiger boy, with tiger ears and a tiger tail, and hair covering his eyes.
He can be found in game holding a watering can and with a bird perched upon his head.
