F-Zero racer and the pilot of the Black Bull. The feared evil Space Emperor and the arch-nemesis of Captain Falcon.

Tired of his henchmen continually being captured and his plans thwarted by the bounty hunter, he enters the F-Zero races with the sole purpose of killing Captain Falcon in front of billions of spectators across the galaxy.
