belt skirt

A belt worn around one's hips like a skirt.

Can appear in combination with a belt bra, or a showgirl skirt.

Not to be confused with a belted skirt (a belt used to hold up a normal skirt), or with a microskirt (a very short skirt about the width of a belt).
