One Piece character. One of the Eleven Supernova. Known as "The Magician", he is the captain of the Hawkins Pirates.

Having consumed the Wara Wara no Mi Devil Fruit, he can create voodoo dolls and cover himself in straw. He also have some fortune telling ability, but it is unclear if that too is a result of this power.
