Badly drawn feet.
Not to be confused with extra digits or wrong foot, which are artistic errors where the feet are drawn incorrectly: the feet have too many toes, or the big toe is in the wrong place (the character has two left feet or two right feet). Here, the feet are drawn correctly but poorly.
