atlantis (kinnikuman)

One of the Seven Devil Chojin in Kinnikuman. A green-scaled archer fishman with blood-red eyes. He specializes in water manipulation and aquatic wrestling. Defeated Robin Mask, lost to Kinnikuman and fought Marlinman to a standstill.

There's a meme based on the scene where Atlantis beats Robin Mask. Robin Mask's knightly mask rises from the surface of the water, only to reveal Atlantis's vicious claw poking through it. Atlantis laughs at the audience with sadistic glee.

Despite his victory over Robin Mask, Atlantis respects Robin Mask and gets insulted if anyone dares to insult the man, as Marlinman found out the hard way.
