Artix Entertainment, LLC is an independent video game developer and publisher founded by Adam Bohn (also known as Artix Krieger, his pseudonym) in October 2002. It is best known for creating browser-based games using Adoble Flash. Among it's most famous games are AdventureQuest, it's first game, DragonFable and Adventure Quest Worlds.

All of their games are part of the same universe. The main world is called Lore, which is the world where The Hero (main character) lives (except for Epic Duel and Oversoul). In AdventureQuest, it's first game, during a fight with the Eternal Dragon of Time, a dragonslayer called Galanoth, ended up defeating it and killint this dragon, thus "chopping up" the timeline into many timestreams.
