armpit hug
Lifting an animal or a person by wrapping arms around their armpits like a hug. Similar to armpit carry, it's somewhat associated with cats. It can also be used to hold someone back.
Not to be confused with armpit carry or armpit hold. If the hands are placed exactly under the armpits, it's armpit carry instead.
