Like a Soaring Dragon is Sakamoto Ryouma's Noble Phantasm, usually taking the appearance of Oryou. When unleashing its true name, she transforms back into her dragon-like mizuchi form.
In Fate/Grand Order, one of their cut-ins before unleashing the Noble Phantasm features an expressionless Oryou making a double v while Ryouma smirks and puts his hand on his hat.
