Character from Fire Emblem Heroes.
Alfaðör is the creator deity of the setting of Fire Emblem Heroes; he has written the Twilit Runes, which are said to describe the fate of the universe and are absolute in their description. He serves as the main antagonist of Book IX, and is implied to have masterminded all of the story's prior conflicts. Loki, Thórr, Baldr, Höðr, Vali and Heimdallr all serve him.
In reality, this Alfaðör is a fake created by Rune, the true Alfaðör, to provoke conflict with Askr.
Alfaðör appears as a man of greatly advanced age with white hair, a mustache and a braided beard. A mask adorns his left eye and is part of a crown on his head. His right eye, which is visible, is red and glows.
