Captain of a whaling ship with a prosthetic leg. He is a Water Buffalo Therian. When protagonist's ship was wrecked in the colliding of world in Tokyo Bay as it merged with the 23 seas, he picked them up. Right after that, he gave them a long, hard lesson on the treacherous seas. He has been chasing his sea monster across the oceans in pursuit of revenge. Sometimes, he lets that rage get the better of him, causing him to lose sight of himself. He takes pride in his position as captain and demands that his crew accept his orders without question. In return, he will accept even those with guilty consciences among his crew no matter what they have done.
