Engaging in a role play and/or power exchange dynamic of taking on the persona of a different age group.
Most often takes the form of pretending to be younger, which might be portrayed by using diapers, pacifiers, bibs, toys, kindergarten or school uniforms, and other childish objects.
If a person is specifically pretending to be a baby, adult baby may also be used.
