abyss mage (genshin impact)
An enemy from Genshin Impact.
Abyss Mages are creatures from the Abyss Order capable of commanding the power of the elements. They wear a solidly colored mask and a robe, carry a staff and are usually seen floating. For unknown reasons, Abyss Mages are capable of communicating with Hilichurls and will often manipulate them.
They are often seen performing rituals or patrolling and deal elemental damage. Upon initiating combat, Abyss Mages will generate an elemental shield which can be destroyed effectively using appropriate elemental reactions. Once destroyed, the Abyss Mage will be stunned for a short period of time. They will also teleport near the player if the target strays too far.
